Congress passed the Stimulus Package last night and there's one great item for "First Time" Buyers but only for a short time.  Married couples who have not owned a home for at least 3 years  and make less than $170,000 a year (or individuals who make less than $95,000) will get an $8000 tax credit good for the purchase of a home between now and December 31st.
